Niko is a one Tall drink of water! When he is on his hind legs he is almost 6' tall. He is a Shepard/Suluki mix, which is where he gets his size. He is a sweet loving, large dog; who is looking for a family with a big heart and a big yard! His tale is a sad one. He once had a wonderful family who could no longer keep him. They let a family with kids adopt him; thinking he was safe. Three years later Niko is found abandoned in a park. Thankfully he was still chipped to the orginal owner (who now lives 1500 miles away). She contacted rescue groups to help him out of the shelter. We were able to get him out in a nick of time!! He is a very well behaved, healthy and friendly dog, who deserves a second chance with a family that will love him forever!
