Kenobi is a fantastic dog! He has just started to grow out of the puppy stage, so while still willing to play fetch for hours, he is relaxed when he needs to be. He is fantastic with kids and LOVES to swim, fetch, cuddle and play at the beach. Kenobi walks on a "No-Pull" collar. He is very smart, and responds immediately if he starts to tug even slightly with this collar. He knows several commands such as sit, lay down, shake, stay, come and does not jump. His best trick is to pee on command or "do your business"! He LOVES HIS TOYS! A simple Kong toy will last him months and he will never grow bored. However, he becomes anxious and possessive when other dogs are around his toys. He has to be retrained and socialized with other dogs in this aspect.
Kenobi knows that he is not allowed on beds and is only allowed to lay on certain chairs in the house. He has never eaten shoes, clothes or furniture. He will only play and chew on toys that you introduce him to. He rings the doggie doorbell when he has to use the bathroom, and has never had any accidents in the house! He is also trained to "kennel up" immediately when asked.
He is very new and inexperienced in traveling. Car trips are stressful for him and he gets car sick if there are a lot of jerky movements. He has become better at traveling with practice, but there is still some work to be done.
Kenobi is an amazing dog. He brightens everyone's day, loves unconditionally and is overall super chill. H e will bring light, love, and laughter to you for years to come. He is currently located in Carlsbad, CA.
