Harley is a very good boy and we have no idea why he was abandoned by his owners. Luckily, a guardian angel took him in and is helping him find his forever home. He is sweet, energetic when needed, and very loving. He enjoys playing with toys and cuddles. He has one blue eye and one brown eye that entices you. He likes going outside, but gets cold easily as he has a short coat. He knows how to sit, lay down, shake/paw, and speak. He can’t wait to meet you and is in need of a very loving home.
