Hello, I am Deacon and I am about six or seven years old. I look a little older than I am because I came from a really bad environment. I lived at a hoarder’s house who was recently convicted of 20 counts of animal abuse. She left me behind along with over 200 other dogs in the heat of the Mojave desert. Obviously I did not get my fair share of food, could not stay clean, and didn’t get any attention. Somehow after such a rough life I ended up with the kindest soul. I am a particularly loving dog and I am not afraid of people at all.  I am house-broken, I’m great with all dogs and people - probably cats too. (I’m currently living with three other dogs!) I LOVE to snuggle and play with my toys!  I walk great on a leash and am perfect in the car.  Everybody at the dog park loves me! I am neutered and up-to-date on all of my shots.
