Prior to being saved from euthanasia at the pound, Cindy has spent her entire life tied to a chain. Her teeth are worn to the gum line due to her years of trying to chew herself free. She is a very loving and people-oriented girl who loves to curl up on a soft doggy bed and keep your feet warm! Cindy loves belly rubs and people and would make a great apartment dog or a calm house dog.
