Roger’s original owners neglected him. Although, he was saved from death at the pound, he was in an accident that damaged his front leg so badly that it had to be amputated. Despite his rough start, Roger loves life, people, and dogs! He is the sweetest boy with the sunniest and sweetest disposition. He is well-trained and so well behaved. He deserves to find a loving home and he’s guaranteed to make you smile every day!
