Petey is an adorable, two year old, neutered American Eskiomo/Terrier Blend. Petey is a very special dog in need of a very special home!  Being abandoned at the shelter was very difficult for him, so he is a little shy and frightened at first, but once he feels comfortable and safe with you, he is happiest just lying by your feet and relaxing. Petey also loves to run, play and go for walks and is very easy on the leash. He seems to get along with his fellow dog and cat friends quite well, but quick movements can startle him, so he should probably go to a forever home with adults or older children only. Petey would be perfect for a single person, couple or family in a single family home.  His new best friend should be patient, home quite a bit (at least at first) and most importantly,  somebody who wants to make Petey a big part of his/her life!

Please contact his Guardian Angel Stephanie at  (858) 748-3028 or adoption@sandiegoawol.org
