Little Otis has been passed around recently. His original owners left him behind to fend for himself. He ran around the streets for a while, then he spent some time at Animal Control waiting for a family to get him out. No such luck! He was adopted by a family with a child, and returned returned 2 months latter. He spent more time at the shelter until he was taken out by a rescue person. Otis is safely in a foster home wagging his tail and eating lots of treats. His number one desire is stability.  This "Little Guy" deserves a home with lots of understanding and love. He's not a needy sole but, seeks out human contact. A childless home for now is what Otis needs. He is fine with other dogs.
