Penny came into rescue/foster care very timid and unaware of life's wonder & offerings. After a few weeks in foster care, she has blossomed with joy, and now knows how to play with others dogs, get along with cats and she adores her people. She even gives kisses (to both dogs and people).
Penny will require a family who is able to continue to nurture her kind spirit, and understand that new experiences may need to be introduced with a little patience and understanding.
