I am a gentle giant who loves large, open spaces so I can stretch my legs and run, run, run.   Since I am "big boy" I need to stay in shape and exercise as much as possible to keep my toned physique. If not running, I enjoy going on walks but I must admit I could use some more training in order to not pull while on a leash. Though I look like a powerhouse of a canine I am truly as gentle as they come, and by simply reminding me to be "easy" I quickly understand how to behave.  Sitting and lying down on command are a piece of cake for me and I am willing to demonstrate these tasks for treats or just because you need me to.
Though I am considered to be a  "senior citizen" in Dogville, I feel like a young whipper-snapper ready to play during the day and then snuggle at your feet come sundown.  At 9 yrs. young, I listen well when spoken to, however will cower if someone yells at me. I am obedient, give unconditional love and will melt your heart with my precious face.
I am a happy fellow who still gets excited when I meet new people and other furry friends and since I am somewhat low-maintenance, I am easy to care for. I will be your best friend if you can give me  your love, attention and a few chin/neck rubs!
