Hello Everybody!
My name is Blue - and I'm very happy to meet you! I'm a loving and affectionate terrier boy of about one. My foster mom say that I am one of the handsomest little characters they have ever rescued. And believe me, they've rescued a lot of them, so they know what they're talking about!
Besides being affectionate, I’m also a playful little guy who likes other dogs. When my doggy foster brothers or sisters want to romp and play, I take my cue – and we play and play and play. I like big dogs and small dogs – practically anyone who wants to play and have a great time is my new best friend.
I also like to take my foster Mom on daily walks. All she has to do is walk towards my leash and I'm ready to go. Then, again, when she wants to sit and relax (and maybe listen to music) I’m happy to curl up by her feet and sigh a great big sigh of happiness.
I know how to do all the things that make me a great companion, too. I listen carefully to what Mom and Dad tell me -- and do what I am asked to do! I’m also housebroken, really good in the car and want to belong. Mom thinks that I would do best in a home without children or with somewhat older children (over 10- because the younger ones are too busy and fast and want to pick me up as though I were a stuffed toy ‘cause I’m so darn cute.)
When it’s bedtime and Mom and Dad start getting ready for bed, why, I go right over to my own little bed (next to their big bed) and lie down. Being close to my people is my priority.
Are you getting the picture? I'm the kind of pup that just wants to love and be loved, and to please you in any way I can. Mom says that I will be sure to win your heart. Will you give me a chance to do that? I'll be waiting to hear from you.
