Bela is an adorable white terrier mix who had to be surrendered by her family due to landlord restictions. She is loving, playful, and eager to please. She is doing very well with her house training and is crate trained. She does well by herself while her foster mom is at work.  She has been spayed and is up-to-date on vaccinations.
