April is a happy, lovable 1-year old Chocloate Lab who is very bonded with her 1-year old Yellow lab brother Mikey. They are looking for a forever home together. April is a very noble dog, loves being petted, and loves the water! She likes to play and give you her paw. In addition to being very tranquil, she likes to please and like her brother, doesn't like it when you get upset. One special thing about April is her puppy eyes...

April is very smart and tends to figure out things quickly.  She gets along with people almost immediately and she also loves affection! She is great playing with kids around 8-10 years old, but has not been around babies.With other dogs, she gets accustomed faster than her brother after a few sniffs. She loves to chase birds with her brother around the yard, but stops when told to come.

 

April and Mikey can walk on a leash, however they need to continue  practicing . April is v ery curious about the outdoors and would make a great water/hiking dog.
