Sweet Patches is a loving Lemon Beagle who was abandoned by his former owners and very neglected. A friend of his foster noticed Patches living alone in a backyard in Perris, Riverside. He had been left in the house by former tenants. The new tenants wouldn't relinquish him and instead ended up  taking him to the Moreno Valley shelter. It took 10 days to get him out of  because he had a microchip chip registered to  the first people who abandoned him at the house. Patches has been through the ringer and needs a loving home. Although he is older, he is very energetic, playful and in good health. He is good with other dogs, cats, potty trained,neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is seeking a forever loving home where he will be a member of the family.
